Glen Erskine Wines, Company
Nestled in the lush Elgin valley, world renowned for its production of premium quality apples and more recently for producing exceptional white wines, you will find this family run boutique winery producing a limited quantity of white wines amongst the apple orchards.
Our passion for wine, which you will be able to taste in every bottle, dictated that we not only grow quality grapes, but then be physically involved in the making of our own wine with our own style. We dreaded the thought of turning our grapes over to somebody, however skilled, to deliver us a bottled product.

Vivification:
Grapes were harvested from 26 Feb 2010 - 10 March 2010 at 21.6 - 23.4 °Brix. 2 - 4 hours of skin contact allowed in the press before pressing to 1.6 bars of pressure. The juice was allowed to settle for 30 hours at 6 - 9°C before racking. Fermentation took place at between 11- 14°C...
